Mix, shape, and bake with precision — ensuring quality, timing, and consistency in every batch.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all hygiene and food safety routines (e-Smiley).
Work efficiently through early mornings and busy production periods with a calm, team-focused attitude.
Prepare and manage doughs, starters, and laminations with attention to detail and fermentation timing.
Help with daily setup, deliveries, and stock rotation to keep production smooth.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and café teams to ensure a steady flow of fresh products.
