Leadership & Team
Lead by example on the floor and inspire a positive, motivating culture
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff
Ensure strong communication and high well-being across the team
Operations & Service
Oversee daily café and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth collaboration
Maintain high standards of service and product quality
Handle guest inquiries and ensure excellent guest experience
Finance & Administration
Monitor budgets and operational costs with your Operations Manager
Manage stock, ordering, and monthly inventory counts
Balance time between floor shifts (3–4 per week) and admin tasks
Development & Partnerships
Contribute ideas to the company's vision and service improvements
Build and maintain relationships with key external partners
Support social media presence by sharing content and updates with the comms team
Maintenance & Reporting
Ensure the café is well-maintained, coordinating with contractors as needed
Report regularly to your Operation manager on performance, finances, and staff updates
