What you'll do:
Welcome guests and create a warm atmosphere
Prepare and serve coffee, food, and drinks with consistency and care
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment
Keep the space clean, organized, and running smoothly at all times
Know the menu inside out and confidently guide guests through it
Work closely with a supportive, fun team
Stay calm, focused, and service-minded during busy rushes
Take ownership of your shift, responsibilities, and guest experience
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-driven work culture
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in the service industry (café, restaurant, or similar)
Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive mindset
Interest in coffee and/or wine is a plus
Barista skills are a bonus — but attitude, reliability, and collaboration matter most
