Prepare and cook dishes to Flere Fugle’s quality standards, with strong attention to detail, timing, and consistency
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with changing rhythms throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, and evening service)
Maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times and strictly follow hygiene and food safety guidelines (e-Smiley)
Support daily prep across the kitchen — from baking and mise en place to service and closing duties
Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes, every shift
Communicate clearly with colleagues and support a positive, respectful kitchen culture.
Assist with deliveries, storage, and proper rotation of ingredients
Take ownership of your station and contribute to a structured, efficient kitchen flow
Bring curiosity and care to your craft — always aiming to learn, improve, and support the team
Previous experience working in a kitchen
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
Strong focus on cleanliness, structure, and consistency
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
A team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
Interest in food, quality ingredients, and continuous learning
