What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook dishes to Flere Fugle’s quality standards with attention to detail and timing.

  • Keep a clean, organized workstation and follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines (e-Smiley).

  • Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining calm and fostering great teamwork.

  • Support daily prep — from baking and mise en place to service and closing duties.

  • Follow recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency across all dishes.

  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and support a positive, respectful kitchen culture.

  • Assist with deliveries, storage, and rotation of ingredients.

  • Bring curiosity and care to your craft — always aiming to learn and improve.
